After months of my own study and trial and error, I have come to terms with implementing a Cheat day diet plan. This makes perfect sense… stick with me.
When using a diet plan like carb/fat cycling, you still need a day off to splurge and reward yourself for a hard weeks work. As we deplete carb’s one day, and fat another day, your body resets itself to acceptable glucose levels, but what about your brain? Serotonin and Neuropeptide Y, start acting a fool, and start to give your brain real Hunger vibes.

As you can tell, there is a method to the madness of a controlled Cheat day diet plan. I have been performing the cheat day,as well as the carb/fat cycling days and it is working! I am finally dropping the stubborn belly fat that took 2o years in the making.
One real key component to making the Fat loss/losing fat get results, is you MUST work out with a combative attitude and exert yourself 100 percent. If you aren’t breaking a sweat, or not using around 85 percent of your target heart rate, you aren’t exercising hard enough! I only workout for 15-30 min a day 6 days a week, but I GO all out for those minutes!
Remember to keep your cheat window open only for a certain period of time, and be smart about the portions of your cheat meal. Don’t cheat or binge all day, and don’t eat more than your stomach can handle. Remember your digestive system will be working all night for you, but do not make it go into overtime!
